In order to use the service (specified below) and the associated application (defined below), you must agree to the terms and conditions described below. By using or receiving any services provided to you by the company, or downloading, installing or using any related application provided by the company (collectively referred to as “the application”), you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the agreement, as well as any future amendments and additions to the agreement as they are published. Mila Celebrations is a platform designed to help users plan and organize personal occasions, such as birthdays, graduations, and weddings. Through the App, users can browse themes, customize their event preferences, and access event-related services.
2. User Accounts
• *Eligibility*: You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Services.
• *Account Responsibility*: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Mila Celebrations is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
• *Account Termination*: Mila Celebrations reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
3. Bookings and Payments
• *Service Availability*: All event services and themes are subject to availability.
• *Payments*: Payments must be made via the payment methods available on the App. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• *Refunds and Cancellations*: Refund and cancellation policies will vary depending on the service provider and all transactions are not refunded in case the customer decided to cancel the order from his side
4. Content and Intellectual Property
• *User Content*: You may upload or share content (e.g., photos, event details) through the App. By doing so, you grant Mila Celebrations a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for purposes related to the Services.
• *Mila Content*: All intellectual property related to the Services, including logos, designs, and text, belongs to Mila Celebrations. You may not use or reproduce such content without prior written permission.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Interfere with the operation of the App or Services.
• Post or transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mila Celebrations is not responsible for:
• Service interruptions or errors.
• Loss or damage resulting from third-party service providers.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Privacy Policy

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Saudi Arabia
10. Refund and cancellation:
Payment Refunds: Payments made for event bookings are non-refundable if the customer decides to cancel the booking or fails to complete 100% of the payment at least 48 hours before the event date.
